A Night @ Sentosa!

it's a Friday, dunno where to go after work... i suggested Sentosa & CC suggested Botanical Gardens. Hah! In the end, we decided Sentosa! =D Well, never been to Sentosa at this type of timing.. not sure if there are places for us to visit, play or see =p (AJ: hmm.. whatever la~ just go & experience the night of Sentosa!) Packed my bag & i'm ready to go!!! *Weee!*

left office at about 1815 hrs & waited for cab. saw beverly, gave her a lift to vivo city (NEL) & we make our way to the Sentosa train station (AJ: it's my first time riding in it!) the train ticket cost S$3 for adult/child, bought & proceeded to wait for the train. the train arrived, doors opened.. & people just rushed in (AJ: well, not typical Singaporeans this time~ =x) like never ride on a train before like that. anyway, the scenary throughout the journey was nothing special (AJ: guess it's because of the construction of the upcoiming IR) yet it was quite an experience for me as it is my first time entering Sentosa riding on the new train service!

finally, arrived at Beach station... the feeling was so different! The air was a mixture of warm & cool & there were alot of people sitting around, walking around on the island & the show on 'Song of the Sea' just started (AJ: didn't know Sentosa still so happening at this hour!)~ cc & i boarded the tram, touring around siloso beach & enjoying the breeze ;) & we took many self-taken photographs (AJ: it was cool~)

it's dinner time! decided to eat jap again.. *LOL* (AJ: original intention is to eat jap at Sentosa) but this time round, teppanyaki =P walked into jap restaurant by APEX Pal 'Rong' Sakae IZAKAYA & we ordered the teppanyaki & sashimi buffet menu... S$29++/ pax (AJ: there goes my intensive diet plan) forsaking my painstaking diet effort =( we had sashimi, chawanmushi, garlic rice, teppanyaki ika, beef, mixed mushrooms & scallops! (AJ: got somemore but can't remember, but some of the food eg. maguro sashimi seems like they've stored it for quite sometime till it turns brownish red & cc say the garlic rice abit burnt) smell is good but taste wise needs improvement.. the "chef" who cooked for us is just a kitchen helper cum delivery but they do have a chef but cooking for other tables =P the overall food & service experience so-so only... (AJ: won't go back again unless big improvement on food & service)

memo to APEX Pal:
please do something about your food quality in various restaurants or you'll lose BIG time customers like me! it's really becoming WORST! TQ for reading..

dinner-ed & decided to chill out at cafe del mar - ordered cocktails: 'lychee mojito' for me & 'sex on the beach' for cc. sipping & lying on the outdoor bed enjoying the stars in the sky & of course, not forgetting photo-taking! (AJ: my passion la~)

relaxing & enjoying the breeze & air & the sky... AP called asking where we were. asked her to join us & i'll pick her up (AJ: AP don't know where it is..) cc & i rested for awhile & AP called to say she's already in the Sentosa train & the next station is beach station! i quickly put on my socks & shoes & catch the van! (AJ: gosh~! she's really swift! she was at P.S before that lo~ anyway no more tram.. think late le no more service) finally, saw & picked AP... again catch van heading cafe del mar! well, of course.. next thing we did was... TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS AGAIN! (AJ: *faint* AP didn't want to come unless i've got my cammy with me lo~!) How could we miss this passion of mine eh?

after all the fun & laughter, it's time to go home. we took the last trip back to the beach station & on board the van, there were 2 boys (AJ: think they should be between 20 - 24 y.o)... everyone alighted at the beach station. the boys went off different direction (AJ: they walked behind towards don't know where) while we walked towards the station. suddenly, i thought i heard someone calling from far back... turned my head & guess what?! the boys waved at us & say bye bye~ (AJ: can't hear what the boys are saying.. guess they wanted to befriend CC? *LOL*) we not bad eh.. still got boys want make friends with us lo~ (AJ: actually, they not bad looking also la) *hahahaa...* =p when we reached vivo, we took cab home.
