Birthday Dinner with Family @ Malaysia

woke up at 1130 hr... washed up, walked around the house, watched abit of tv & started to feel hungry. went to make my fave koka curry flavour instant noodle. had the urge for fondue duh... washed & cut strawberries, kiwi & bananas!

after that, left home at about 1430 hr to pick dad & wendy. mom & Flor passengered in ET's car & off we go! Malaysia... here we come! =) hmm... the traffic at the Woodland's Causeway isn't that bad. it was rather smooth at the Singapore Checkpoint with less than 3 min of waiting time! travelled on the causeway from Singapore into Malaysia. well well, it took us quite a while duh... guess it could be because of the neighbouring road was not readily build hence the slow-moving traffic which took us about 15 to 20 mins of traveling time cum waiting time into the 'M' Checkpoint. when we got through the 'M' checkpoint, we drove to JusCo for abit of shopping & to see if i could find a cake (AJ: hais... no CareBear cake lo) *sians* before we go for dinner. ah hah! i found it! quite strange duh... (AJ: similar to the one my colleagues got for me!) *LOL* alright la, better than nothing... at least, it is my fave icon too =) *winks* finally, drove to BeiJing for dinner... we ordered a wide spread of food for the night & of course not forgetting my cake of the night!

it was just another weekend. as usual, slept my day through... woke up at about 1430 hr (AJ: couldn't remember exactly) =I wanted to make lunch YET... lazed on the bed & went back dreamland! *LOLz* well, that is just me! finally, got myself off the bed at 1800 hr (AJ: again, couldn't remember exactly!!!) washed up, bathed & decided to make some food - - - > the Taiwanese Speciality "Oyster Mee Suah"! *Yummy~!* hmm... this is my first time making this dish. prepared oysters, salmon belly, pork belly to compliment the mee suah & it wasn't a bad creation duh... i guessed it turned out excellent! *winks* =D

wendy is coming back today... washed the dishes, bathed & prepared to go pick her at T3. wendy is flying back on UA 895 at 2315 hr... was checking the teletext on the flight schedule, not sure why it did not state where the plane was coming from. hmm... could it be there are big shots on the plane arriving in Singapore for the APEC meeting? anyway, waited quite a while... at last she was out. went bedok for supper. i did not eat, just had a glass of warm barley. my family had the famous mixed meat herbal mee suah which is also my favourite YET i know i am putting on weight, really need to watch my diet so did not eat la! =( after supper, drove all of them home... and rest for tomorrow's family trip to Malaysia for my birthday dinner.
