went brunch today with AP, CC, E, Jan & Leslie at depot heights... made a new friend name S J Tan (AJ: same family as me) through AP, this guy can really get along well & fast with us lo (AJ: guess it runs in the 'Tan' family?) *LOL* still my voice is lost.. had chicken chop with black pepper sauce to aggravate the condition (AJ: heard of 'yi du gong du'?) hahaha.. =P
anyway, want my voice back really bad... CC & Leslie suggested i should buy 'liang cha' from TCM shop, skarli kena dragged in to consult the chinese physician (AJ: anyway, can't understand the chinese medical terms he used on me) as usual, i talked so much crap with him lo~ hahaha... i was prescribed with some brown mixture & brown tablets which look like mini ovaltine. this visit costs me S$20 (AJ: consulted western doctor on Sunday but co-pay $5) & all in all i have spent $25 (AJ: TCM also not cheap nowadays lo~).
while walking back office, passed by ah yong's bakery.. bought one big blueberry cheese tart & ate on my way back! =P
reached office, took TCM's medication.. the tablet taste awful & so is the mixture. was asked to swallow 20 ml of the mixture... poured into my mouth, got to taste it.. stopped & forced myself to swallow.. ALMOST PUKE! *YUCKS* (AJ: well, afterall.. this is still my first time trying TCM)
don't know why... suddenly feel so sleepy now (AJ: cc say TCM won't make one sleepy lei) *YaWns* want to work yet the stewpig MOL keep throwing me out from the application. already informed Hong Yeh.. still waiting for his call *waiting*
today's dosage: TCM's mixture + brown tablet + Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa + Western doc's cough tablet + anti-phelgm tablet + brands bird's nest + lotsa water = ???
